Confidentiality of information and documents
Your documents are seen exclusively by the sworn interpreter and translators working on your matter, never by third parties. We handle all materials securely: files are exchanged through protected channels, and access is restricted to the team members assigned to your translation. For business clients and particularly sensitive documents, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request. Confidentiality and the protection of information exchanged are also mandatory requirements of ISO 17100:2015, to which Prevedi24 is certified, and are therefore subject to independent audits.
ISO 17100:2015, certified quality process
ISO 17100:2015 is an international standard for translation and interpreting services under which Prevedi24 verifies translators' professional qualifications, carries out multiple reviews of translations and manages the entire process, from order to delivery. For you, this means that every translation undergoes two reviews and is prepared by qualified translators with many years of experience, drawn from a network of 150+ translators working in 40+ languages. QR stamp, digital translation verification
The QR stamp is a Prevedi24 digital solution that allows any institution to verify the authenticity of the sworn interpreter's certification and the document's contents by scanning the QR code on a certified translation. Verification takes only a few seconds, works on a mobile phone or desktop computer, and displays the interpreter's name, certification date, appointment decision number and the contents of the original translation. The QR stamp does not alter existing certification procedures or increase the price of the service. Who can see my documents?
Your documents are seen exclusively by the sworn interpreter and translators working on your translation. Access is restricted to the team assigned to your matter, and the documents are never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes, upon request, we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you provide us with your documents. Confidentiality is also a mandatory requirement of ISO 17100:2015, to which we are certified, so your materials are treated confidentially even when an NDA has not been signed.
How can an institution verify the authenticity of my translation?
The institution scans the QR stamp on the certified translation using a mobile phone or desktop computer and immediately sees confirmation of the authenticity of the sworn interpreter's certification, the name of the person who certified the document, the certification date, the appointment decision number and expiry date, as well as the contents of the original translation.
How long does translation delivery take?
We deliver a certified translation of up to 3 pages within 24h. For longer documents, we confirm the turnaround time in advance, and a free quotation is provided within 30 minutes after you send the documents.
How do I submit and collect documents?
You can submit documents online (as a scan or photograph), bring them to our offices in Sarajevo, Mostar and Ljubuški, or submit them at 45 BH Posta counters. You can collect the completed translation in the same ways, with 48 locations in total across BiH.
